Warranty
Power Equipment as the distributor of many brands honours the warranties provided by the original manufacturer in line with the terms and conditions stipulated within these manufacturer’s individual warranty terms.
Power Equipment provides this commitment to the original purchaser that any product purchased will be free from defects in material and/or workmanship for the duration of the warranty period.
The goods we provide come with guarantees that can not be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Parts Warranty
Warranty Period
The limit of the warranty period for the parts shall be six months from the replacement date of the part.
(1) | Consumable parts are not included in this warranty. |
(2) | When a certain part of a defective part is replaced, the replacement part shall not be covered by this warranty. |
(3) | Yanmar shall not be liable to any secondary damage derived from the replaced part, even during the warranty period. |
(4) | Yanmar shall not be liable to a claim or compensation for damages arising from improper repair or servicing carried out by a distributor or its dealers. |
(5) | Parts of machinery where parts other than Yanmar’s genuine parts are used are excluded from this warranty. |
