Yanmar BTD Series marine engines (22 – 33mhp)
Purpose built for operations in remote locations

Built tough and simple
The Yanmar BTD series of marine engines is built tough and simple to operate in the world’s harshest operational environments. Requiring only basic tools to service and maintain, the Yanmar BTD series is specifically optimised to operate in the harshest environments where simple and robust construction, ease of maintenance and low operating costs are required.

Manual start option
Fitted as standard with 12 volt electric starting, the BTD series is also offered with manual hand crank back up.

Yanmar Marine Transmission
The Yanmar BTD series marine engines are offered as standard with the matched Yanmar MR33B (2.10:1) marine transmission. Like the engine, the MR33B is built strong, tough and simple to keep going under the harshest operational environment.

Shaft, tube and propeller kit option
